Wisdom Buddha Healing Meditation has many meditation practices for healing oneself and to be free from pain and suffering.
Buddha is derived from the Sanskrit word “budh” which means “To be Awake”.
Buddhism is about taking responsibility for oneself. Becoming more mindful of our thoughts, speech and actions. Being kind, patient and respectful to all. Forgiving those that may cause us harm or upset. Realising what we need to learn from all our experiences and having greater understanding, acceptance and tolerance. This in turn brings about emotional maturity, wisdom and compassion for all beings.
